HOW TO MAKE A STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
Nowadays, smoothies are no longer considered just mere drinks. With the number of ingredients and nutritional value they offer, they could be considered snacks or even meals at times. They’re healthy, delicious and easy to make. And the best part is, you can choose any combo you want! The possibilities are wide and endless, and so are the flavors!
Although it’s a general rule that fruits pretty much all blend well together, it’s important to choose your base fruit if you want it to be the leading flavor.

For consistency purposes, it’s better to freeze your fruit beforehand or add some ice cubes for some extra freshness. You can leave your strawberries in the freezer for about 30 min.
- Lay out your ingredients
Once the strawberries are ready, take out the rest of the ingredients. In sum, you will need :
10 frozen strawberries
125 ml of milk
5 ice cubes
You can opt for a couple of scoops of ice cream to add in thickness, but that’s optional.
If you prefer your smoothie to be non-dairy, you can substitute the milk with a ¼ cup of water or juice of any flavor, and add a tablespoon of sweetener (honey, sugar…)
